Rocky Ngo

After finishing his BA degree in English as a translator from Hanoi National Univ – Vietnam, Mr. Rocky came to the US to follow his Graduate Degree in Business Administration (Southern New Hampshire University) under President’s Full Scholarship in 1998. After his Master’s Degree completion in the year of 2000, Mr. Rocky worked as a Personal Banker for Citizens Bank of New Hampshire. Returning to Vietnam from 2001 to 2016, Mr. Ngo worked in Real Estate and Banking Industries for over 15 years. 
With CBRE Vietnam, Mr. Rocky was one of the very few local Vietnamese experts working in the field of Real Estate Market Research and Valuation Advisory back to the years of 2000. With the position of Senior Manager, Mr. Rocky managed the Southern Region of Vietnam Market with over 200 projects ranging from low rise to high-rise residential and commercial products. Mr. Ngo has worked closely with landlords, developers, funders and buyers on several projects, from the very initial states of market research to the very final deal closing phase (exit solutions for his clients in the deals). 
In 2006, Mr. Rocky worked for Asia Commercial Bank as General Manager of its Real Estate Corp.
For the last few years to 2016 before moving to Canada to live with his family, Mr. Rocky has managed Asia Commercial Bank’s Real Estate and Administration Management Department. With his team, Mr. Rocky contributed his expertise to the bank’s property management, including buying, selling and leasing. The country branch network of over 360 branches and offices have been supported by his team. 
From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Rocky worked as a General Insurance Advisor and Mortgage Sub-Broker in BC. With his personal experience in Insurance, Banking and Real Estate, Mr. Rocky always brings sincere and trustful advices to his clients.
