She understands that obtaining a mortgage can be time-consuming and stressful, so she is committed to guiding her clients through the mortgage application process every step of the way. Ida firmly believes in the importance of understanding customers’ needs. She always puts client orientation as a top priority, maintaining open communication and building long-lasting relationships with clients and business partners. She strives to be on top of lending policies, real estate market updates and interest rate trends.

With her professionalism, care and integrity, Ida brings a wealth of experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and was a Chartered Marketer in the UK. She served as the Head of Sales & Marketing for an internationally well-known standard and certification body located in Hong Kong. She has accumulated many years of customer service, sales and marketing experience in different industries in Hong Kong and Canada, including banking, international standards certification and telecommunications sectors.

In order to give back to the community, Ida volunteered as the Chairperson of the Parent Sponsoring Committee to support one of the leading Air Cadet Squadrons in Richmond, BC. The time that Ida spent in this role was extremely rewarding.
