Part-time Sales Assistant

Our company is hiring seasoned Mortgage Consultants (working knowledge of a 2nd language is a bonus) for our 3 new satellite locations including Coquitlam, Brentwood, and Kerrisdale.  We have a good mentorship training program to ensure new and seasoned mortgage consultants become confident and successful in front of clients.

We offer a competitive compensation split package to our agents providing them with ongoing support with our underwriters, lenders and management.

Work Experience:

• 1-2 years of sales or customer related work experience preferably with banking, lending, real estate background.  However, willingness to learn and be trained are the most important traits we find in the success of our ranking agents.
• Successful applicant should already passed the BC Mortgage Brokerage or Ontario Licence course, or in progress. Mortgage Alliance is one of a few mortgage brokerage company that offers both BC and Ontario licensing support.
